Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you use our assessments and member app, why we collect it, and how you can access or delete your information.

What we collect

Your assessment answers. Each answer you give is stored against a random session identifier so we can calculate your score and show your results.

Your email address, when you enter it to open your results.

Your name and phone number, when the contact form asks for them. Some assessment completion forms require your name, email and mobile number before showing your plan; other forms mark these fields as optional. Consent to marketing texts is a separate, optional choice. We send text messages only after explicit SMS consent.

Your member app work. This includes the intake information you keep in your profile, conversations, documents and their saved versions, observations, uploaded originals, extracted text, source selections, preferences and feedback. These can contain health information you choose to share.

Account and service records. We keep sign-in and membership records, billing references and usage records needed to operate the app. Private sign-in cookies keep your account accessible in your browser.

Basic technical information — the page that referred you, your browser user agent, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

How we use it

To produce and reopen your private result or plan, carry your intake into the member app, save and reopen your work, prepare requested explanations and documents, operate the membership, improve the assessment, and send access, reminder and billing messages.

Storage and service providers

The app uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for its database, Cloudflare R2 for private file storage, Stripe for billing and Resend for email. Uploaded originals are kept in private storage and served through the app after account access is checked; they are not published as public file links.

AI features use Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model provider to process your request and relevant content, such as intake details, document wording or source passages you select. An uploaded image may be sent for text transcription. A whole uploaded original remains stored in your account even when you select only one passage for an activity. Check the extracted text and generated wording before using them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers with advertisers.

Campaign providers may receive pseudonymous click identifiers and standard events such as a checkout start so we can measure advertising. They do not receive quiz answers, scores, pattern names, or result-page URLs. For the Lung and Steady Practice funnels, we do not use the email entered at the result gate for advertising-platform matching.

The private member app does not run analytics capture or session replay. Its conversations, documents, observations and uploaded content are not sent to advertising providers by the member app.

Your choices

In Account → Privacy & data, you can download an archive of your app data and uploaded originals, or request account deletion. Individual reviewed documents can also be downloaded as PDF or Word. You can edit your profile and remove saved activities, observations and files in the app.

Account deletion removes your app work and uploaded files and cancels an active subscription as part of completion. If a step fails, deletion stays pending and you can retry; it is only shown as complete after confirmation. Separate billing records may remain. Removing a source file can leave wording already copied into other work unless you also remove that work. Copies you download or send elsewhere are outside the app.

Use the unsubscribe link in reminder or marketing emails to stop those messages. You can also contact us about access, deletion or other data questions.
