The assessment

The assessment on this site is a free educational tool. Your score is calculated from the answers you give about your own habits. It is not a medical test, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The membership

The PlateDays Membership membership is accessed online. The member app uses information from your intake to provide practical support: explaining supported general health wording, organising information you supply, preparing appointment notes and message drafts, keeping observations, and creating editable documents. Earlier programme records remain available where your account has them. Nothing is shipped.

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition, predict a health outcome, select treatment or change medication instructions. It does not promise a health result and does not replace a qualified healthcare professional or an emergency service. Explanations and AI-assisted drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the wording and supporting sources before using or sharing them.

You choose which files and saved material to include in an activity. Check extracted file text against the original. A checklist organises instructions you supply; reviewing it confirms the wording, not the medical suitability of those instructions. Downloaded or copied documents become separate copies that the app cannot recall. See the privacy policy for storage, AI processing, export and deletion information.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Membership begins with a 7-day free trial, the same trial length on every plan below. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. After that, membership renews automatically at the plan you chose — $4.99 a week, $24.97 every 28 days, or $179 a year — until you cancel. The 28-day cycle on the standard plan matches the length of the programme, so a renewal falls at the end of a cycle rather than partway through one. You can cancel at any time through Account → Membership → Manage billing in the app, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

This site and everything on it is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Speak to your doctor before changing your diet, your exercise or any medication, and particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition or taking prescription medicine.
